Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Participate in Primary Health Care activities.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Participate in the inducting, training and mentoring Nurses, Midwives, Enrolled Nurses and Enrolled Midwives in nursing care roles.
Liaise with Wards/Units and Departments to ensure provision of quality nursing services.
Allocate duties to Nursing staff and students for smooth running of wards/units.
Requisition for supplies and drugs required by the ward/units and ensure their proper usage.
Ensure smooth running of wards/units
Participate in research activities.
Train Nursing students.
