Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Participate in proper collection, handling and transportation of specimens to the laboratory.
Carry out laboratory analysis, interpret results and submit reports to Clinicians.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Planning and budgeting for medical laboratory activities
Manage and account for allocated resources
Participate in research and training.
Participate in preparation of Standard Operating Procedures.
Carry out support supervision.
Promote observance of the professional Codes of Conduct and Ethics by staff under him/or her.
