Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Participate in research activities
Plan, monitor and evaluate nursing activities.
Liaise with Wards/Units and Departments to ensure provision of quality nursing services.
Allocate duties to Nursing staff and students for smooth running of wards/units.
Supervise, coach and mentor students and staff.
Conduct performance appraisal of the Nursing staff.
Develop and implement nursing protocols
Prepare and submit reports
