Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Coordinate development, review and monitoring of implementation of policies and procedures on midwifery
Provide technical guidance in the delivery of midwifery services
Prepare Divisional work plans and strategies
Coordinate development, review and implementation of midwifery Quality Assurance programs
Support training and capacity development of midwives.
Supervise, coach and mentor and appraise staff.
Prepare Divisional performance reports.
